C Bus to PCI-Exp. Slots
Use Jumpers JI
C1 and JI

connect the System Management
Bus (I
C) to the PCI-Express slots to

improve PCI performance. These two
jumpers are to be set at the same time.
The default setting is off to disable
the connection for normal operations.
See the table on the right for jumper
settings.
TPM Support Enable
JPT1 allows the user to enable TPM
(Trusted Platform Modules) support
to enhance data integrity and system
security. See the table on the right for
jumper settings. The default setting is
enabled.
Manufacturer Mode Select
Close pin 2 and pin 3 of Jumper
JPME2 to bypass SPI fl ash security
and force the system to operate in the
Manufacturer mode, which will allow
the user to fl ash the system fi rmware
from a host server for system setting
modifi cations. See the table on the
right for jumper settings.
SAS Enable (for X10QBL-4CT only)
Use Jumper JPS1 to enable or disable
onboard SAS connections (L-SAS 0-3,
4-7) on the X10QBL-CT. The default
setting is on pins 1/2 to enable SAS
support. See the table on the right for
jumper settings.
