Continuously on and red
Blinking red (1 Hz)
Blinking red (0.25 Hz)
Solid blue
Blinking blue (300 msec)
HDD LED
This indicates the IDE channel activity. It also indicates SAS/SATA drive, SCSI drive,
and/or DVD-ROM drive activity when fl ashing.

NIC2 LED
Indicates network activity on the LAN2 port when fl ashing.

NIC1 LED
Indicates network activity on the LAN1 port when fl ashing.
Power Fail LED
This indicates a power failure to the system's power supply units.
Universal Information LED
Description
An overheat condition has occurred. (This may be caused by cable congestion.)
Fan failure: check for an inoperative fan.
Power failure: check for an inoperative power supply.
Local UID has been activated. Use this function to locate the server in a rack
environment.
Remote UID has been activated. Use this function to locate the server from a
remote location.
