Troubleshooting table

Malfunctions can occur in all electrical appliances. This does not necessarily mean
there is a defect in the appliance. For this reason, please check the tables to see if you
can correct the malfunction.
WARNING
Risk of electric shock in case of improper repair!
Never try to repair a defective or suspected defective appliance yourself. You can put
your own and future users' lives in danger. Only authorised specialists are allowed to
carry out this repair work.

Possible causes
The appliance is discon-
nected from the mains.
LED bulb defective.
Grease filter is clogged.
Grease filter is clogged.
The Exhaust hood does not
have a sufficient air supply.
The exhaust air hose is
bent or too long.

Solutions, tips
Check to ensure that the mains plug is
positioned correctly.
Check the socket by connecting anoth-
er electric device.
Check the house fuse.

Clean the grease filters (see page
GB-16).
Clean the grease filters and/or replace
the activated charcoal filters (starting at
page GB-16).
The Exhaust hood expels a large
amount of exhaust air. This is why you
need to provide a sufficient air supply,
e.g. by providing non-sealable open-
ings in doors, windows and ventilation
conduits. See safety notes from page
GB-4.
Check whether the exhaust air hose is
bent or too long.
