Assemble the Front Wheels Correct Snap Pin Installation Small washer Small washer Snap pin Front wheel wheel cover 1. Slide the small washer onto the front axle. 2. Slide the front wheel onto the front axle. 3. Slide the small washer onto the front axle. 4.
Assemble the Left Rear Wheel Rear wheel Large washer Large washer Snap pin Inner wheel spacer Wheel cover Left Rear Wheel: 1. Slide the large washer onto the rear axle, then slide the inner wheel spacer onto the axle. 2. Slide the left rear wheel onto the left rear axle, the side with the gear teeth faces inward.
Assemble the Right Rear Wheel Large washer Wheel cover Snap pin Rear wheel Right Rear Wheel: 1. Slide the right rear wheel onto right rear wheel axle. The side with gear teeth faces inward. (Note: the gear teeth must engage with the gear box.) 2.
Assemble the Speedometer 1. Plug the speedometer connector (A) into the dashboard connector (B). 2. Carefully slide the wires into the hole on the dashboard. 3. Snap the speedometer into the dashboard.
Attach the Steering Wheel 1. Locate the steering wheel screw and nut from blister pack. 2. Plug the steering wheel connector (C) into the dashboard connector (D). Carefully slide the wires into the steering column. 3. Insert the steering wheel into the steering rod, and align the holes on the steering wheel with the holes on the steering rod.
Assemble the Windshield 1. Align the windshield with the slots between the dashboard and the body. 2. Push lightly on the windshield until it clicks into place.
Attach the Mirrors 1. Insert the left mirror into the slot on the left door near the windshield. 2. Insert the mirror until it snaps into place. 3. Repeat steps 1-2 for the right mirror.
Assemble the Seat Seat Seat release button 1. Insert the two hooks on the back of the seat into the slots on the car body. Push down on the seat until it clicks into place. 2. Press the seat release button to unlock the seat.
