Checking the static pressure and supply pressure

01. Close the gas shut-off valve.
02. Remove the front panel (see page 10).
03. Undo screw inside test connector "IN" on the
A
gas train but do not remove it, and connect the
pressure gauge.
04. Open the gas shut-off valve.
05. Check the static pressure and record the actual
value in the report on page 113.
Set value: Max. 57.5 mbar (5.75 kPa).
06. Switch on mains voltage and start the boiler.
Note
During commissioning, the boiler can enter a fault
state because of airlocks in the gas line. Fault EE
is displayed. After approx. 5 s, press reset button
R to reset the burner.
07. Check the supply (flow) pressure.
Set value:
Natural gas: 20 mbar (2 kPa)

LPG: 50 mbar (5 kPa)
■
Note
Use a suitable measuring device with a resolution
of at least 0.1 mbar (0.01 kPa) to check the supply
pressure.
08. Record the actual value in the report on
page 113.
Implement measures as indicated in the table
below.
09. Shut down the boiler, close the gas shut-off valve
and remove the pressure gauge. Close test con-
nector with the screw.

10. Open the gas shut-off valve and start the appli-
ance.
Danger
Gas escaping from the test connector leads
to a risk of explosion.
Check gas tightness at test connector
11. Fit front panel (see page 28).
