Ingredients
500g fish fillet (2.5cm thickness each)
For marinade
100㎖ lemon juice
2 grated garlic
1 grated ginger
50㎖ olive oil
Salt, pepper and cumin to taste
1. In a big bowl marinate the fish with marinade ingredients for an hour.
2. Place food on the high rack on the metal tray.
3. Choose the menu and weight, press start to cook.

Steaks (200g weight / 2.5cm thickness each)
For marinade
20㎖ vegetable oil
4 teaspoons meat sauce
50㎖ lemon juice
1 grated garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Marinate the steaks in the marinade ingredients for an hour in
refrigerated.
2. Place food on the high rack on the metal tray.
3. Choose the menu and weight, press start. When BEEP, turn food over and
press start to continue cooking. After cooking, remove from the oven.
