Ingredients
For Dough
120g all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
70㎖ warm water
5㎖ olive oil, plus a little for coating
For Topping
200g grated mozzarella cheese
100g pizza sauce
50g sliced olives
50g green pepper and red pepper chopped to small pieces
1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
2. Knead with an electric mixer to make a smooth and elastic dough.
3. Roll dough out on the pizza pan.
4. Spread pizza sauce. Top with toppings and cheese.
5. Place the pizza pan on the low rack. Choose the menu, press start to cook.
