Power Supply Protection Features

The Infiniium 90000 X- Series oscilloscope's power supply has built- in
protection features for over- voltage, over- current, and over- temperature
fault conditions.
Green LEDs for AC and DC indicate normal operation. A red Fault LED
indicates a fault condition.
When a fault occurs (and the power supply shuts down), you must unplug
the power cord, wait 10 to 30 seconds, and plug the power cord back in to
reset the protection latch and allow the oscilloscope to be powered on
again.
If the power supply has overheated, you may need to wait longer so it can
cool before you can power on the oscilloscope again.
