Preparing for installation
Observe prior to installation
Danger
Wireless signals can interfere with electronic
devices, particularly cardiac pacemakers, hear-
ing aids and defibrillators.
If any such equipment is fitted, users should
avoid the immediate vicinity of the operational
wireless components.
Where to install wireless components
■
Install at mid wall height, at least 1 m below the ceil-
ing
■
Distance to other transmitters (GSM, DECT, WLAN)
at least 2 m
Distance from room corners at least 0.2 m
■
Use the Vitotrol 200 RF or Vitotrol 300 RF wireless
remote control, or the field strength meter made by
Thermokon (www.thermokon.de) to determine suita-
