    Typical Application The ProgramaSTAT provides a total control package for electric underfloor heating up to 16A. Terminals are provided for connection of a temperature probe and heating mat or cable. These are connected as shown in figure 1.   • Page 4 Commissioning Switch ON the mains to the heating circuit, slide the mode selector to continuously ON, and turn the thermostat dial fully anticlockwise to maximum temperature. Both the heating ON indicator and the heating demand indicator will come ON (assuming the floor temperature is not above 30°C). If the thermostat dial is now gradually turned clockwise the heating demand indicator will turn OFF.
  • Page 5 Battery This product has a factory fitted rechargeable battery. If the ProgramaSTAT is left with its mains power switched off for more than 1 month the display may go blank.   • Page 6 1 To Reset Before Programming (To alter clock time or modify programmes - see section 5) To clear programmes from memory and reset the UFPT24 press and hold down both buttons until the display goes blank. Release buttons and display will fill with its complete range of characters and then clear to show clock and hour digit flashing.

Normal review can be carried out by pressing the <Program> button briefly which reviews the clock time with the whole display flashing. Further brief pressing of this button reviews the programme ON and OFF times in sequence again with the whole display flashing.

    Normal Operating Mode In normal operation the UPFT7 will display the correct day and its time with the colon flashing.
