DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY, WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Declaration of conformity
Company TIPA s.r.o. declares that the GS3260, GS3460 and GS5560 radio equipment is
in conformity with directive 2014/53/EU, the essential requirements and other relevant
provisions of the directives and standards applicable to this equipment. These devices
can be freely operated in the EU without special permission. The EU declaration of con-
formity is part of this manual or can be found at www.gosat.cz or www.tipa.eu on
the product page.
Warranty conditions
The seller provides the buyer with a standard warranty period of 24 months from the date of product
reception by the buyer. The warranty applies only to new, unpacked and unused products. The buyer
may apply for warranty claim with the seller or with the company TIPA s.r.o., which provides authorized
service and warranty repairs. The buyer is obliged to file a warranty claim without undue delay during
the warranty period. The buyer is obliged to provide the necessary assistance during the complaint
procedure, in particular the provision of a purchase document for inspection, and information neces-
sary to identify the existence of defects and their subsequent assessment. In the case of a justified
complaint, the warranty period is extended by the total duration of the complaint procedure, i.e. from
the moment the complaint is lodged to the moment when the buyer is obliged to retrieve the product
or when the retrieval occurred.
The warranty cannot be claimed:
• If the product has been sold with a defect that has reduced the selling price.
• For wear and tear caused by normal use of the product.
• In cases where the defect of the product is caused by improper installation, failure to follow
the procedures described in this manual, or when the product has been used for a purpose other
than that for which the product is intended
• In case of damage to the product by external influences such as natural disaster, force majeure,
electromagnetic radiation, liquids, exposure to mechanical damage and other adverse influences.
• Defects caused by the connection of other devices.
• For consequences of unauthorized use of the product by a person without the appropriate
qualifications and authorization of an authorized service center.
• If the information provided by the buyer differs from that on the product (serial number, type
and labeling).
