Troubleshooting steps
Please restart the PC because the driver module is not well
compatible with the system. Remove the dialer and install it
again.
• Please Open the terminal (Applications->accessories->
terminal); type the command "ztemtapp" and press the
Enter key;
• If the system prompts you with "Can't find command", the
installation failed and you need install the software again;
• If the system prompts you with "Missing libaudio2" library,
you need install the corresponding library file.
Please check if the signal can be searched by Dialer first.
Please check if the Modem is properly configured or not.
Please try to uninstall it and then reinstall it.
