Charging Battery

1. Take the battery out of the light.
2. Connect the AC adapter to the charging cradle and insert the
AC plug intothe power outlet.
3. Make sure that LED of the first left turns red on.
4. Put the battery on the cradle.
Charging cradle becomes the structure to turn on
NOTE
electricity only when it set rear side of the battery.
5. Make sure that LED turns green. (The LED may flash green
sequentially depending on a state of charge)
6. The LED switches to green when charging is complete. (Charging
time is up to approx. 4 hours)
7. Take off the battery from the cradle.
-Do not charge on paper, carpet or anything potentially flammable as battery and
DANGER
charger may become hot during charging.
-Do not charge with coiled cables as heat build-up may result in fire.
-Do not handle charging work with wet hands or charge under wet circumstances to
avoid electric shock.
-Do not charge batteries that have been flooded, or are suspected of having water
WARNING
intrusion.
-Charger is multi-volt compatible (100–240V), but using at a resort or on a cruise ship
CAUTION
with in-house power generation may cause highly unstable voltage output and result in
damage to the charger. It is recommended to use a converter with a built-in safety
circuit.
-Do not charge in temperatures above 30°C (86°F) or in direct sunlight.
-Charge in a stable position to avoid the plug being disconnected from vibration, impact
shock or dropping. In case of the plug being disconnected during charging, do not
charge again while the battery is hot. Cool it to room temperature before charging, as
the temperature sensor may not allow it to take a full charge.
-Do not unplug the AC adapter from the power outlet while the charging plug is still
inserted. Doing so may cause over discharge and may not allow the battery to take a
subsequent charge.
You can confirm the indication of the remaining battery
NOTE
power by LED when you set the battery at the charging
cradle without connecting the AC.
However, do not leave it unattended for a long time. The
battery overdischarges and leads to deterioration.
