1 INTRODUCTION The AIRPRO L series is the most powerful motor in the series and has been specially designed to be easily installed in high ceilings. This fan combines IP55 to operate in the harshest ambient conditions and design. This fan is built- in seven blades and the drives are provided in an external box to reduce maintenance and installation costs. -

AIRPRO [L] 4 DELIVERY The Anemoi Airpro [L] fan is delivered in two wood boxes, one including the motor parts and the other the blades. Handle the fan boxes carefully and with proper lifting equipment to avoid any damage. CAUTION! The Anemoi Airpro [L] fan is designed for ceiling installation. Ensure that the ceiling area chosen can hold the weight of the fan and that there are no obstacles in its operating range. The maximum weight of the fan is about 120 kg and the maximum torque is about 42Nm. -

5.1 Clearances In order to ensure the maximum coverage of the Anemoi Airpro [L], all obstacles that may be encountered within the radius of the fan and between the horizontal height of the fan's static position and the ceiling should be considered before installation, ensuring that the fan has an appropriate clearance in all directions when running. -

Ensure the minimum requirements are met. Failure to do so may result in equipment damage. 5.5 Blade guide The Anemoi Airpro [L] comes with seven blade guides for install the blades easily 1. Install the 7 blade guides on the motor, this step can be completed on ground. -

5.6 Ceiling Mount Bracket The Anemoi Airpro [L] comes with mounting brackets (Mounting Base) to anchor the fan to the ceiling. As standard, all tooling is provided so that the fan can be mounted in I beams or concrete beams. The fan is prepared to be installed in inclined roofs. -

AIRPRO [L] 5.7 Safety Cable Installation The motor box contains a safety cable that must be installed to prevent the engine from failing after assembly. To do so, please use four Wire Rope Clamp and the Safety Cable. If the fan is mounted on a steel or concrete beam, wrap the beam with the safety cable in a closed loop as shown below: 4-1. -

AIRPRO [L] 5.8 Extension Tube Shield Installation The extension tube shield is provided in order to protect the safety cable and wiring. To do so, please use four bolts of the Extension tube shield bolt kit that is provided in the motor box, as shown below: 5-1 Connect three-phase terminals (U, V, W) to drive box. -

AIRPRO [L] 5.9 Guy Wires Fixation (optional) If oscillations are detected, winds must be installed as part of the assembly process. The use of winds is recommended for extensions greater than the standard extension.do so, there is an auxiliary hardware with Turnbuckle, Wire Rope Clamp and Beam Clamp set. - Page 19 AIRPRO [L] 9-1. Based on step 9, tighten the guy wire with turnbuckle and wire rope clamp as picture shows. 9-2 Adjust the turnbuckle to balance the ceiling fan. Recommended Tightening Torque: 12Nm. Use 8 x Wire Rope Clamp and 4 x Turnbuckle.

AIRPRO [L] 5.10 Blades Assembly To assemble the blades, it is necessary to screw the plastic end caps, and introduce and fix them to the motor guides. Use the M6 bolts to fix the plastic end caps before lifting the blade to the motor. 10. -
Page 21: Drive Box Installation
Drive Box Installation The Anemoi Airpro [L] drive is provided in an external box to reduce maintenance and installation costs. The drive box is prepared to be screwed to a wall. Before drilling the wall, present the box to the wall and mark the screws. -

You may use shielded or unshielded cables. Please root the cables along the ceiling beams using the shortest possible path. The Anemoi Airpro [L] fan needs an external control to work. - Page 24 AIRPRO [L] Electrical and data connections are shown below: A circuit breaker (CB) must be installed for each fan, it is recommended an 20mA Circuit Breaker. In other to avoid motor damages. In order to avoid motor damages, GND must be connected in Earth Terminal at the Drive Box and to the Extension Tube (PE) by using the Earth Wire included in the Main Box.

Page 25: Multi Fans Installation
AIRPRO [L] 6.1.1 Multi Fans Installation In installations with multiple fans, it is possible to control the fans using a single controller. In this case, the controller is connected to the different by using control connections. The connection must be made in series. The next figure shows the correct connections: WARNING! Never mix electrical and control wiring. -

AIRPRO [L] 6.1.2 Recommendations To ensure correct installation and functioning of the Modbus control fan, please keep in mind following recommendations: 1- Please strip the wire 5cm as a maximum as shown below: 2- Communication cables cannot be wound. If it were done, they could act as an antenna. Communication cables that are not used have to be cut and left inside the shielded tube as shown below. -
