Recommended setting
Compression damping
Low speed 8 ± 5 clicks
Available range 5 - 20 clicks
High speed 35 ± 5 clicks
Available range 5 - 40 clicks

Compression damping adjuster
Adjust by turning the knob on the res-
ervoir.
Low speed (1a): 3 mm allen key
High speed (1b): Hexagon screw. Use a
12 mm spanner

Rebound damping adjuster
Adjust at the bottom of the strut. Use a
3 mm allen key.

Spring pre-load adjuster
Adjust by turning the adjustment ring on
the strut tube. Use the C-spanner pro-
vided in this kit.
NOTE!
When delivered the Öhlins McPherson strut
is dialed to recommended settings for the
specifi c brand and make of the vehicle. If you
have changed the setting, reset according to
the following:
The adjusters have a normal right hand thread.
Turn clockwise to fully closed. Turn counter
clockwise to open and count the clicks until you
reach the recommended number.
CAUTION!
Do not use force, delicate sealing surfaces can
be damaged. Handtighten only.
