b) Use of the retaining clamps
The holding clamps are intended for installing the
recessed light without using the mounting sleeve, e. g.
into a wall or ceiling.
Remove the recessed light from the mounting sleeve
and fix the retaining clamps with screws to the left and
right of the recessed light. For the placement of the
retaining clamps on the recessed light, see the figure
on the right.
The continued connection and installation is carried
out as described in section a)
Then place the recessed light in the opening so the holding clamps secure the recessed light in
the opening.

Maintenance and Care

• The recessed light is maintenance-free, it is not possible to replace the LEDs! Therefore, never
dismantle the product.
• The recessed light must be disconnected from the mains before cleaning. After that, allow
sufficient time for the recessed light to cool.
The exterior of the recessed light should only be wiped with a clean, soft, dry cloth. Where it
becomes very dirty, use a cloth which is slightly moistened with lukewarm water.
Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or chemical solutions that could damage the housing
(discolouring) or impair operation.
Do not press too hard on the housing or the light openings, as scratches might appear.
Never spray the recessed light with water e.g. with a garden hose!
Disposal
Please dispose the product, when it is no longer in use, according to the current
statutory requirements.
