Press and hold Ctrl, and then press the Jog Dial control.
To open a program
1 Open Jog Dial Launcher. See "To open Jog Dial Launcher" for more
information.
2 Rotate the Jog Dial control until the program you want to select appears
highlighted in the center window.

4 Repeat steps 2 and 3 as necessary to open a program.
