Mounting

Heavy weight of the Outdoor Unit
The heavy weight of the Outdoor Unit could cause the installer or the
Outdoor Unit to fall. This could lead to serious or fatal injuries as
well as damage to the device.
 Secure yourself and the Outdoor Unit to eliminate the risk of falling
during the mounting process.
 Make sure that nobody is present in or enters the area underneath the
work position during the mounting process.
 Observe national laws and regulations governing the work.

Mounting the Outdoor Unit on a wall

The device is mounted on a wall using the wall-mount adapter provided
(see section Package contents on page 53).
NOTE: To secure the L brackets to the wall, additional mounting materials are
required. Choose screws and, if necessary, wall plugs that are suitable for
the weight of the Outdoor Unit and the quality of the wall.
Tools required (not included in the kit)
• Power drill
• Wall plugs
• Allen wrench (AF 5 mm)
• Screws and plain washers
