Error conditions
ELECTRONIC FUNCTIONS
A
n alarm condition is signalled in different ways, depending on
the model:
- TOP model: the display shows the error code (code AL followed
by a number).
- TT model: the "alarm" key flashes alone or together with other
keys and/or LEDs.
If necessary, proceed as follows:
- First check that the shower unit is powered (main switch on,
electric and hydraulic system functioning, etc.)
- Then follow the instructions provided for each error type and
try to turn the shower unit off and on. If the error persists, the
alarm signal will be displayed when the shower unit is turned
on or when you try to activate the relative function (contact a
Jacuzzi® Service Centre).
Before using the shower unit, always check the type
of error and contact a Jacuzzi® Service Centre if neces-
sary.
(AL1_1) No communication between the control panel
and the electric wiring box.
This may occur during the alarm functions, Turkish bath,
scale removal cycle and the hydraulic functions.
TOP model: the display shows AL1_1 for a few seconds.
AL1_1
TT model: the "alarm" key flashes from white to blue.
(AL1_2) No communication between the control panel
and the USB module.
This may occur during the "MP3 player" function.
TOP model only: the display shows AL1_2 for a few seconds.
AL1_2
(AL1_3) No communication between the control panel
and the light module.
This may occur during the "Cromodream®" function.
TOP model only: the display shows AL1_3 for a few seconds.
AL1_3
If the errors represented by code "AL1_X" continue for more
than 30 seconds, the relative function/functions (except for the
scale removal cycle) will be interrupted.
(AL2) Temperature probe faulty or disconnected.
This may occur during the "Turkish bath" function.
TOP model only: the display shows AL2 for a few seconds.
AL2
- If the error occurs before starting the Turkish bath, it will start
with the maximum temperature set (see relative chapter); once
the function has started, the signal will appear on the display at
intervals.
- If instead the error occurs while the function is in progress, it is
interrupted and the display will show the alarm code.
(AL3) Timer fault (back-up battery).
This may occur during the "scale removal cycle" function.
TOP model: the display will show AL3 for a few seconds and it
will not be possible to start the function; if instead the alarm ap-
pears when the function is in progress, it will be interrupted and
its start will be inhibited (the number of Turkish baths carried
out will not be reset, see the "Scale removal cycle" chapter).
