The symbol on the left corresponds to the "relaxing" massage
(RELAX, sequence of jets from the top to the bottom) and the one on
the right corresponds to the "toning" massage (TONIC, sequence of
jets from the bottom towards the top).
By pressing the "on/off" key once the function has been ac-
tivated, it will stop and the display will again show the initial
screen (Shiatsu, cervical/lumbar or sequential), from which an-
other type of massage can be selected.
The function lasts 15 minutes, but it can be interrupted (or
reactivated) at any time by pressing the "jet" key (the control
panel returns to the "awaiting instructions" mode) .
Customising the program
(TOP models only)
Once the program is started, the speed with which the pairs
of jets are activated can be varied (this value is shown by the
horizontal bar located under the program symbol).
1 bar: the first pair of jets is activated for 5 seconds; after 4 seconds,
the second pair is activated, so that the action of the jets overlaps
for 1 second. Then the third pair starts to operate, always after 4
seconds. At this point, the sequence restarts, starting however from
the second pair and finishing with the fourth.
The cycle repeats for the entire duration of the program.
2 bars: as above, only that the activation time of each pair of jets is
4 seconds (the time that two pairs overlap is always 1 second).
This is the default value when the program is started.
3 bars: as above, only that the activation time of each pair of jets is
3 seconds (the time that two pairs overlap is always 1 second).
Refer to the following figures for a graphical representation of
the jet operation.
TT model
Press the "jet" key: it will light up and also the upper LED located
next to it, (A), will turn on, meaning that the "relaxing" massage
has been selected (RELAX, sequence of jets from the top to the
bottom).
If the "jet" key is pressed again within 3 seconds of pressing
it the first time the lower led (B) will turn on, meaning that the
"toning" massage has been selected (TONIC, sequence of jets
from the bottom upwards).
The jets operate as follows:
- the first pair of jets is activated for 4 seconds; after 3 seconds, the
second pair is activated, so that the action of the jets overlaps for 1
second. Then the third pair starts to operate, always after 3 seconds.
At this point, the sequence restarts, starting however from the sec-
ond pair and finishing with the fourth.
The cycle repeats for the entire duration of the program.
