The boso-medicus prestige S blood pressure
monitor is suitable for patients with an
upper arm circumference between 16 and
48 cm (see p. 62 for cuff sizes).
The use of accessories not referred to in
these instructions for use can undermine
safety.
Wireless communication devices, such as
home networking devices, mobile phones,
cordless phones and their base stations,
walkie-talkies can affect this blood pressure
monitor. Therefore, a minimum distance of
12 inch should be kept from such devices.

Purpose

Non-invasive recording of systolic and dia-
stolic blood pressure and pulse rate in
adults. Not suitable for use on newborn
babies and infants. The device is suitable
for self-measurement at home. The patient
is regarded as the operator.
The instrument can be used with any arm
circumference as shown on the correspon-
ding cuff.
