GAS AUTO CHANGER (OPTION)

When an optional gas auto changer MCO-21GC-PW is installed, there are two connecting ports for CO
gas pipe, A and B. By connecting two CO
one of the CO gas cylinders becomes empty.

1. Get two CO gas cylinder ready (CO

MCO-100L-PW in both of CO
Note:
・Use a liquefied CO
・When MCO-100L-PW is not available, install a gas regulator rated at 25 MPa(G) (250 kgf/cm
psi(G)) for the primary side, and 0.2 MPa(G) (2 kgf/cm
2. Using a gas tube that is provided, connect the
connecting port A for CO
regulator of the CO

3. Using a gas tube that is provided, connect the
connecting port B for CO
regulator of the CO
2
Note: If the CO gas is supplied to multiple CO
2
formed in the gas regulator. The gas regulator safety valve will operate, and it may make an explosive
sound.
4. After connecting the gas tube, make sure that no gas is leaking.
5. Both CO gas cylinder A and B, set the CO
2
4.3 psi(G)) for gas injection.
Note: As the pressure increases, the CO
cause gas supply lines inside the incubator to come loose, which may result in gas poisoning or oxygen
deprivation due to the escaping of gas. If gas lines come loose, the incubator must be repaired.
