solutions to many common issues. If an issue cannot be resolved, contact a qualified service
professional.
Problem
The appliance does not operate.
There is an odor.
The compressor will not stop
running.
The light does not turn on.
The doors will not close properly.
There is a loud noise coming
from the appliance.
The door does not seal tightly.
The water pan overflows.
The appliance housing is hot.
There is condensation on the
surface of the appliance.
There is an abnormal noise
coming from the appliance.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Possible Solution
Make sure the appliance is connected to the power supply.
Ensure the voltage is not too low.
Check the circuit has not been tripped.
Odorous foods should be tightly wrapped.
Make sure no foods have gone bad in the appliance.
Clean the inside of the appliance.
Long operation of the appliance is normal during the
summer/in warmer weather when the ambient temperature is
high.
Too much food has been added to the appliance at one time.
Ensure food has cooled before adding to the appliance.
The door is opened too frequently.
Make sure the appliance is connected to the power supply.
Replace the light bulb.
The appliance is blocked by food packages.
The appliance is not properly leveled.
Check whether the floor is level, and whether the appliance is
placed stably.
Remove foreign matter from the door seal.
Heat the door seal, and then cool it for restoration.
There is too much food in the appliance, or the food stored
contains too much water, resulting in heavy defrosting.
The doors are not closed properly, resulting in frosting due to
the entry of air and increased water due to defrosting.
Heat dissipation of the built-in compressor, via the housing,
which is normal.
The ambient temperature is too high.
There is too much food stored in the appliance, or the
compressor has shut down, providing for insufficient heat
dissipation.
When the ambient temperature is high, condensation on the
outside of the appliance is normal. Wipe the condensate clean
with a towel.
The compressor may produce a loud buzzing sound during
operation, particularly upon start up or stop. This is normal.
Refrigerant flowing inside of the appliance may produce a
creaking sound, which is normal.
