    DS160PR810EVM-RSC Evaluation Module (EVM) ABSTRACT The DS160PR810EVM-RSC evaluation modules provides a complete high-bandwidth platform for evaluating the signal conditioning features of the Texas Instruments DS160PR810 Octal-Channel PCI-Express 4.0 Linear Redriver. This evaluation board can be used for standard compliance testing, performance evaluation, and initial system prototyping.

    All trademarks are the property of their respective owners. 1 Introduction The DS160PR810EVM-RSC evaluation module features four DS160PR810 linear redrivers that can extend the transmission distance of a PCIe Gen-4 x16 bus. It can directly be plugged into a PCIe slot on a server or PC motherboard using one end of the board, and paired up with a PCIe add-in card using the straddle mount connector attached to the other end of the board.
