When properly assembled and maintained, Hex-Head Bolts this product will provide years of reliable service. These Lock Washers instructions include helpful hints and important information Flat Washers... - Page 3 E-Z HAUL TRANSPORT AND DISPLAY RACK III ATTACH CASTERS TO THE BASE FRAME 1. Place base frame upsidedown on a flat surface. Place cardboard or similar material on the assembly surface to protect the base finish. 2. At the hitch end of the base frame, attach the swivel casters using four (4) bolts, four (4) lock washers, and four (4) flat washers per caster.

Rack Stop NOTE: Position the support bars of each rack support toward the inside (facing each other).

E-Z HAUL TRANSPORT AND DISPLAY RACK III INSTALL DISPLAY RACKS Slide each rack, lip edge facing up, into place at the desired height. Racks lock into place over the rack support bars as shown in the photos. Verify that racks are level and adjust as needed.
