WHEEL REMOVAL / ASSEMBLY
REAR WHEEL REASSEMBLY
Ensure the four Cush rubbers are
in position inside the rear wheel
hub.
Tilt motorcycle to right side and
insert the wheel assembly
between the swing arms.
Position the rear wheel with cush
rubber on the rear chain
sprocket.
Fix the left side spacer in rear
wheel hub.
Insert the caliper assembly with
bracket by matching the slots
given in the caliper and swing
arm.
NOTE
Assemble the brake pads and ensure the brake disc
is located in between the brake pads.
Align the caliper bracket,
wheel and swing arm holes
all are in one line.
Insert and tap the rear wheel
axle gently from left side.
C A U T I O N
Do not force the spindle into the wheel as the threads
may get damaged. Tap it through the wheel gently.
Note the alignment index
Caliper Slot
marks in the both side of
swing arm.
