To control the flaps on the Mitsubishi Heavy Industries RC-EX3A fan:

1. Access the flap control screen: When connected, the Select flap screen appears.
2. Choose flap direction:
- Tap Upper/lower flap to change the up/down direction.
- Tap Left/right flap to change the left/right direction.
3. Select the flap to change, then tap the desired direction.
4. To use 3D AUTO flow:
- Tap 3D AUTO to enable automatic fan speed and flap control.
- Tap it again to disable. Changing flap direction manually also disables 3D AUTO.
5. Flap settings:
- Upper/lower flap: Can stop at four fixed positions or any position.
- Left/right flap: Can stop at eight patterns or any position.

Flap positions can be interlocked or independent, depending on settings.
