6.1.2

Cleaning and storing

Carry out the following operations:
Select the OFF mode of the switch (7).
Disconnect the power supply cable (14-15) from the battery and from the tool.
Disconnect the power unit from the extension pole and open the shells.
Clean the inner part of the shells eliminating any impurities which have entered through the cooling fins of the motor,
then assemble again by carrying out the same operations in reverse. Be careful when positioning the speed controller,
the connectors and the connecting wires in order to avoid damages.

Harvesting head maintenance

All operations are indicated in the use and maintenance manual supplied with the harvesting head.
6.2

Special maintenance

WARNING!
Any special maintenance operation shall be carried out by a CAMPAGNOLA S.r.l. Authorized Service Point only.
AUTHORIZED SERVICE POINT
The CAMPAGNOLA S.r.l. dealers will indicate which are the Authorized Service Points to repair the tools.
6.2.1

Replacing the speed controller or the motor

Carry out the following operations:
Select the OFF mode of the switch (7).
Disconnect the power supply cable (14-15) from the battery and from the tool.
The faulty parts shall be replaced by a CAMPAGNOLA S.r.l. Authorized Service Point.

Harvesting head maintenance
All operations are indicated in the use and maintenance manual supplied with the harvesting head.
6.3

Periodic maintenance schedule

Maintenance
Check the screws for proper tightening
Check the cooling slots
Check the power supply cable and the connectors
condition
Thorough overhaul by a CAMPAGNOLA S.r.l. Au-
thorized Service Point.

7 DISMANTLING THE MACHINE WHEN NO LONGER USED

7.1

Disposal of exhaust materials

After having been installed and during use, the machine does not cause any environmental pollution. However,
throughout its working life, some types of residual waste or exhaust materials, such as the lubricants for the me-
chanical components, are being produced in certain maintenance situations.
There are specific regulations in every Country as for the disposal of these materials and the environment pro-
tection. The Customer is required to be knowledgeable in the Laws in force in his own Country and to operate
only while complying with these regulations, according to the indications in the product technical charts, which
may be obtained from the Manufacturer.

The Laws in force about the disposal of mineral oils or greases used for the lubrication / maintenance operations
must be followed.

stances.
