3. BEFORE USE
Take the product out of the box.
Make sure all the accessories are included and check for any visible damage. If any is observed,
contact the Technical Support Service of Cecotec.
Remove any packaging materials, stickers or protective foil attached to the main body or the
cord.
To reduce the risk of burns and damage, check the appliance before each use by holding it away
from body and operating the steam button.
Note: Using distilled, purified or fi tered water is highly recommended to maintain optimal
performance. Tap water contains minerals that build up over time. Do not use hot water,
perfumes, vinegar, detergents, ironing additives or starch.
4. OPERATION
Note: It is normal to feel or hear the water pump in the handle. This feeling or noise could
become more louder or more noticeable when the water tank is empty.
Using the garment steamer
Place the device on a flat, stable surfa e.

At the bottom of the water tank, press the centre of the tank lid, the tank will automatically

pop out.
Loosen the lid by turning it anticlockwise and open it.
Pull the piston rod to the top and pour pure water into the tank until the tank is full.
Then, tighten the water tank lid clockwise, and push the water tank into the main body until it
is safely fi ed.
Plug the power cord into a power outlet.

The device will start heating up and the light indicator will turn on red. Once the device is fully
heated, the light indicator will turn blue.
Note: Before filling the water tank, the piston rod must be slowly pulled out to the bottom of
the water tank until it stops.

Hang the clothes to be ironed on a hanger. Clothes can also be placed on an ironing table to
be steamed in a horizontal position.
Press the steam button to start steaming and press it again to stop the steam fl w.
Hold the steam iron and keep it in a vertical position while avoiding the steam iron from
pointing at people or animals.

Move the garment steamer up and down, right and left.
When you have finished using the device, unplug the power cord.
Insulation pad assembly and disassembly

Hold the floo insulation pad with one hand, hold the product with the other hand, insert the
front end of the garment steamer head into the floo insulation pad, and then assemble the
end of the floo insulation pad into the steamer head. Use extreme precaution to avoid burns.

To remove it, hold the iron firm y, pull the bottom part of the floo insulation pad away and
take it completely out.
Tips
Always test garments by steaming a small hidden area to make sure the garment operates
properly and is ready to use.
Always wait until the light indicator turns blue before starting steaming.
Always read garment care label instructions before ironing or steaming clothes and other
garments.
Do not press the garment steamer against the same area for a long time when ironing, so as
not to damage the clothes.
Small amounts of dripping might occur during use. If excessive, the garment steamer may
