7.3 Instruct ons for connect ng p p ng to ndoor un t

1. Al gn the center of the two p pes that you w ll connect. See F g. 7.7.

2. T ghten the flare nut as t ghtly as poss ble by hand.
3. Us ng a spanner, gr p the nut on the un t tub ng.
4. Wh le f rmly gr pp ng the nut on the un t tub ng, use a torque wrench to t ghten the flare nut
accord ng to the torque values n the Torque Requ rements table below. Loosen the flar ng nut
sl ghtly, then t ghten aga n.
