- Page 4 4) CONNECTION WITH NT133 MONITORING UNIT To connect MULTIMODULE 133 module with NT133 monitoring units it is necessary to use a 4-lead cable with section 0.5mm The serial cable must be placed as far as possible from power lines and the shielding must be grounded on just one side.

In case NT133 is not properly connected with MULTIMODULE 133, led RX NT-x stays fixed on. If a bad data transfer between NT133 and MULTIMODULE 133 should occur, the same led blinks. -

TECSYSTEM S.r.l ® 18) CRC CALCULATION This protocol includes 2 CRC-16 bytes for each transmission. The characteristic polyno- mial (11000000000000101B) is used for the calculation and the result is “hung” at the end of the package. The polynomial is used in the reverse order with the most significant bit suppressed because useless for the calculation. -
