9. Troubleshooting
Phenomenon: Cannot communicate with the projector. (Wireless network)
1. Common
Item to be checked
Is the projector turned on?
Is the network device such as an
access point, etc. turned on?
Is STANDBY MODE set to
NETWORK(WOL) or SAVING?
Are the network settings such as
IP address set correctly?
Is the USB wireless adapter
(optional parts : USB-WL-5G)
inserted into WIRELESS port of
the projector?
Is an optional USB wireless
adapter used?
Is LED of the USB wireless
adapter blinking?
Solutions
Turn on the projector.
Turn on the network device.
The network function is not available when
STANDBY MODE is set to NETWORK(WOL)
or SAVING. If you want to use the network
function in the standby mode, set to QUICK
START or NORMAL.
Check the network settings in the NETWORK
INFORMATION - WIRELESS INFORMATION
menu. Consult with your network administrator
for details.
Insert the USB wireless adapter.
The USB wireless adapter available to this projector
is optional USB-WL-5G only.
When LED of the USB wireless adapter does not
blink in over 1 minute after inserting, pull out and
insert the USB wireless adapter again.
If the problem persists, the USB wireless adapter
may be broken. Contact your dealer.
