4.2 Reparación

4.2.1 Reparaciones

Tener en cuenta el instructivo de los aparatos incorporados y el instruc-
tivo S8 aplicables al tablero.
Peligro
Tensión peligrosa
Tocar las partes sometidas a tensión puede provocar
la muerte o lesiones graves. El tablero solo debe ser
operado por personal cualificado, familiarizado con el
instructivo y con estricto respeto a las advertencias de
seguridad.
Para trabajo en frio en el equipo seguir la norma
EN 50110-1 y especialmente las "cinco reglas de
seguridad":
Desconectar completamente;

Asegurar contra reconexión;
-
Verificar ausencia de operación de vol-
-
taje;
Llevar a cabo el aterrizamiento y cortocir-
-
cuito;
Proveer protección contra partes adya-
-
centes vivas.
Para trabajo en caliente en el equipo debe llevar a
cabo según la norma EN 50110-1Solo deben trabajar
con elementos bajo tensión aquellas personas que po-
sean los conocimientos adecuados para ello y estén
familiarizadas con el uso del equipo de protección per-
sonal. Los cursos y las certificaciones correspondien-
tes deberán ser conformes a la normativa local. Tenga
en cuenta la definición de trabajos bajo tensión.
Remoción el interruptor fijo de los cubículos SIVACON:
Pasos: ● = según instructivo para interruptores 3W... o 3VL...
♦ = ampliado para SIVACON
 Soltar los tornillos M6 interiores Torx de las tapas A, B + C de delante
de las barras verticales de celda por encima del 3W (Fig. 23)
 Extraer del compartimento la tapa de la barra de celda
Las partes B y C se suprimen
para anchura de celda de 400 mm

• Soltar el conector de control presionando entre sí las superficies de-
lanteras de agarre
• Extraer hacia arriba el conector de control (y en caso necesario atarlo
a un lado)
• Soltar y extraer las cámaras apagachispas

4.2.1 Repair

See operating instructions of equipment fitted and the operating
instructions for the S8 used for this switchboard.
Danger
Hazardous voltage!
Touching the live parts results in death or severe
personal injury. Only qualified personnel may op-
erate the system; they must be familiar with the
instructions and, in particular, observe the warn-
ing notices.
For dead working on equipment follow EN
50110-1 and
especially the "five safety rules":
Disconnect completely;

Secure against re-connection;
-
Verify absence of operating voltage;
-
Carry out earthing and short-circuit-
-
ing;
Provide protection against adjacent
-
live parts.
Working on live equipment shall be carried
out according to EN 50110-1:
Persons are only allowed to work on life equip-
ment if they have undergone specialized training
and have had sufficient training in the procedure
and necessary protective equipment. Education
and the respective certificate must comply with
local regulations. Please observe the stipulations
for working on live equipment!
Removing the fixed-mounted circuit breaker from SIVACON cubi-
cles:
Steps: ● = acc. to operating instructions for 3W... or
3VL...breakers
♦ = supplementary for SIVACON
 Undo M6 socket-head screws from the covers A, B + C
in front of the vertical cubicle busbars above the 3W (Fig. 23)
 Remove vertical busbar cover from compartment

• Undo control plug by pressing together the front locking sur-
faces
• Pull off control plug upward (and tie to one side if necessary)
• Detach and remove arc chutes
Parts B and C are not used with
cubicle width 400 mm
