• Colocar la carraca con prolongación, articulación cardán e inserto he-
xagonal de 19 mm y soltar los tornillos M12 superiores del embarrado
(sujetarlos).
• Utilizando las mismas herramientas, soltar del compartimento situado
por debajo los tornillos del embarrado de las conexiones inferiores
• Antes de extraer el aparato, volver a fijar, en su caso, la regleta de
contactos y el penel de mando.
• Soltar los 4 tornillos de fijación del interruptor automá-
tico y extraer el aparato (en caso necesario, usando un
carro elevador)
Para volver a montar el interruptor automático, repita la operación en or-
den inverso.
A diferencia de lo descrito, apretar a mano todas las conexiones inferio-
res y superiores de los aparatos, luego ajustarlas con la carraca y final-
mente apretarlas con la llave dinamométrica a 70 Nm.

Uso de las cámaras apagachispas
Antes de extraer el dispositivo de cortocircuitado y puesta
a tierra, asegúrese de colocar la tapa de las barras de cel-
das y de comprobar visualmente todos los posibles des-
perfectos de las cámaras apagachispas; si es necesario,
sustituirlas, colocarlas y atornillarlas.
El tablero solo debe ser operado por personal cualificado,
familiarizado con el instructivo y con estricto respeto a las
advertencias de seguridad.

4.2.2 Acceso a transformadores de medida

•
Para transformadores situados en las barras de conexión superiores
en el mismo compartimento
•
Proceder como se describe en 4.2.1, pero retirando solo las tapas A,
B y C.
•
Para transformadores situados sobre las barras de conexión, acceso
a través del compartimento de conexión de cable

• Attach a socket wrench with extension, cardan joint and 19
mm hexagon socket insert and undo upper busbar M12 bolt
joints (apply counterforce)
• Using the same tool, undo busbar bolt joints of lower terminals
from the compartment below
• Before removing the breaker, refasten the contact strip and
control panel (if necessary)
• Undo 4 fastening bolts and remove circuit breaker (using a lift-
ing table if necessary)
The circuit breaker is reinstalled in reverse sequence.
However, hand tighten all upper and lower terminals, then pre-
tension them with the socket wrench, and tighten using a torque
wrench with 70 Nm. Fit the bolts ungreased

Fitting the arc chutes
Before removing the short-circuiting and grounding
device, ensure that the cover is fitted over the verti-
cal busbars. Visually inspect the arc chutes for dam-
age and replace them if necessary before fitting and
bolting them tight.
Only qualified personnel may operate the switch-
board; they must be familiar with the instructions and
heed the warning notices.
4.2.2 Access to instrument transformers
•
For instrument transformers on the upper connection busbars
inside the same compartment.
•
Procedure as described under 4.2.1, but only removing the co-
vers A, B and C.
•
For instrument transformers on the connection busbars access
is from the cable connection compartment.
