    HARDWARE IDENTIFICATION CHART This chart is provided to help identify the hardware used in the assembly process. Place the washers or the ends of the bolts or screws on the circles to check for the correct diameter. Use the small scale to check the length of the bolts and screws.

    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Place all parts from the box in a cleared area and position them on the floor in front of you. Remove all packing materials from your area and place them back into the box. Do not dispose of the packing materials until assembly is completed.
  • Page 8 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 4 Lay the tower unit on its right side. Attach the LEFT BASE(3) to the MAIN BASE(1) with BUTTON HEAD BOLTS(M10x1.5x70mm)(157), WASHERS(M10)(179), and NYLOCK NUTS(M10x1.5)(189). STEP 5 Insert the LEFT LEG(6) into the MAIN BASE(1) and secure with BUTTON HEAD BOLTS (M10x1.5x35mm)(154) and WASHERS(M10)(179).
  • Page 9 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 6 Roll the tower assembly from its right side to its left side. Attach the RIGHT BASE(2) to the MAIN BASE(1) with BUTTON HEAD BOLTS(M10x1.5x70mm)(157), WASHERS(M10)(179), and NYLOCK NUTS(M10x1.5)(189). STEP 7 Insert the RIGHT LEG(5) into the MAIN BASE(1) and secure with BUTTON HEAD BOLTS (M10x1.5x35mm)(154) and WASHERS(M10)(179).
  • Page 10 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS NOTE: Follow the Assembly STEP 9 to STEP 18 to assemble the WEIGHT PLATES(40). STEP 9: Remove the SUPPORT PLATES(275) by unscrewing the BUTTON HEAD BOLTS(M6x1x15mm) (147). The tops of the rear GUIDE TUBES(7) should be exposed after removing the SUPPORT PLATES (275).
  • Page 11 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 14: Have one person pull up the two GUIDE TUBES(7) on the right side to the position higher than the SELECTOR ROD(8) on left side and hold them. Stack nine WEIGH PLATES(40) onto the WEIGHT PLATE SUPPORT(4) with the Rubber Pad side down. Refer to detail view 6. Slide the GUIDE TUBES(7) down through all of the WEIGHT PLATES(40).
  • Page 12 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 17: Attach the SUPPORT PLATES(275) to the TOP FRAME(9) with BUTTON HEAD BOLTS (M6x1x15mm)(147). Refer to detail view 8. STEP 18: Refer to detail view 9. Tighten the HEX BOLTS(M8x1.25x15mm)(171) on the top and bottom ends of the four GUIDE TUBES(7). Insert the SELECTOR PINS(39) into one of the WEIGHT PLATES(40) on both sides.
  • Page 13 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 19 Attach the WEIGHT SHROUD(15) to the MAIN BASE(1) and UPRIGHT FRAME(11) with BUTTON HEAD BOLTS(M6x1x12mm)(146). Do not tighten any of the BUTTON HEAD BOLTS(M6x1x12mm) (146) until all twelve bolts are attached. STEP 20 Attach the HANDLEBAR(118) to the UPRIGHT FRAME(11) with BUTTON HEAD BOLTS (M10x1.5x110mm)(158), BUTTON HEAD BOLTS(M10x1.5x65mm)(156), WASHERS(M10)(179), and NYLOCK NUTS(M10x1.5)(189).
  • Page 14 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS NOTE: To make the following steps easier, turn the HANDWHEEL(209) counterclockwise to the left or clockwise to the right to raise the bench CUSHION(125). Next, pull the ADJUSTMENT KNOB(264) to slide the CUSHION(125) back. STEP 21: There is an “L” decal on the LEFT SUPPORT ARM ASSEMBLY(50L), and an “R” decal on the RIGHT SUPPORT ARM ASSEMBLY(50R).

    OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS NOTE: The weight plates are 5 lbs. each. UPPER AND LOWER HAND STRAP RESISTANCE ADJUSTMENT Change resistance of HAND STRAPS(217) at upper or lower attachment by pulling out the SELECTOR PIN(39), then inserting the SELECTOR PIN(39) into a different WEIGHT PLATE(40).
  • Page 16 OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS EXTENSION ARMS(302) ADJUSTMENT The length of the EXTENSION ARMS(302) on both sides is adjustable to fit your workout. To adjust the EXTENSION ARMS(302), pull open the CAM LOCKS(321) and slide the EXTENSION ARMS(302) to the desired position. Use the index marks as a guide. Push the CAM LOCKS(321) to lock the EXTENSION ARMS(302) in position after adjustment.
  • Page 17 OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS LEVELING & ADJUSTMENT OF THE BENCH CUSHION(125) The height of the CUSHION(125) can be adjusted to fit your workout. Turn the HANDWHEEL(209) counterclockwise to raise the CUSHION(125) or clockwise to lower the CUSHION(125). There are adjustment holes on the CUSHION FRAME(49) that allow you to adjust the CUSHION(125) to a different position.
  • Page 18 OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS USING THE BACK CUSHION(126) The BACK CUSHION(126) is the optional accessory that can be used with the BENCH ASSEMBLY for various exercises. To attach the BACK CUSHION(126) to the BENCH ASSEMBLY, loosen the LOCKING KNOB(85). Insert the BACK CUSHION POST(59) into the hole in the cushion. Slide the post up and down to adjust the BACK CUSHION(126) to the desired height.
  • Page 19 OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS THE LEG EXTENSION ATTACHMENT Use the SELECTOR PINS(39) to select the weight for your workout. Place the Bench close to the Tower as shown in the illustration below. Remove the HAND STRAPS(217) from the ROPES(211) where they attach with HOOKS(41) at the FRONT PULLEY BRACE(34). Pull the ROPES(211) and wrap around the PULLEYS(202) on the LEFT and RIGHT LOWER SWIVEL PULLEY BRACE(16, 17), then connect to ROPES(213) with HOOKS(41).

    4. Check the HANDLEBAR(118) for cracks or other damage. Replace the HANDLEBAR(118) if it is damaged. 5. Verify that the WARNING LABEL(266) is in place and easy to read. Call Stamina Products immediately at 1-800-375-7520 for a replacement WARNING LABEL(266) if it is missing or damaged.
  • Page 21 TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE BRAKE DRUM(317) LUBRICATION Over time the Rotate Arm may squeak during workout. You will need to lubricate the BRAKE DRUM(317). To remove the BRAKE STRAP(320) and BRAKE PE STRAP(348), unscrew BUTTON HEAD BOLTS (M8x1.25x20mm)(333) and remove the SPACERS(310). Add small amount of lithium grease to the BRAKE DRUM(317).

    TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE ROPE(211) REPLACEMENT To replace the ROPE(211): 1. The PULLEY(202) at J needs to be disassambled for removing the old ROPE(211). 2. Run the new ROPE(211) through the TOP SWIVEL PULLEY BRACKET(14) from back to the front at A. Slide the ROPE(211) through the gap at the side of the bracket and make it align with the pulley.

Remove the WEIGHT SHROUD(15) by unscrewing the BUTTON HEAD BOLTS(M6x1x12mm)(146) from the UPRIGHT FRAME(11) and the MAIN BASE(1). Remove the SELECTOR PIN(39) from the weight stack. 2. Disconnect the lower end of the BUNGEE CORD(42) from the hook on the UPRIGHT FRAME(11). Refer to detail view 1.

Insert the BUNGEE CORD(42) through all of the WEIGHT PLATES(40) and hook to the Bolt End of the new ROPE(212). Pull the ROPE(212) up through the WEIGHT PLATES(40) with the BUNGEE CORD(42). Refer to detail view 5. Screw the Bolt End of the ROPE(212) into the bottom end of the SELECTOR ROD(8).

    CONDITIONING GUIDELINES How you begin your exercise program depends on your physical condition. If you have been inactive for several years or are severely overweight, start slowly and increase your workout time gradually.
