5. In the "Device name" dropdown menu, select the name of the G120X that you
assigned for the drive.

6. Then select the corresponding drive from the "Available devices" list.
7. Click "Assign device name".
Note You can filter the list by device type. To do this, tick the box for "Only show
devices of the same type".
8. Close the window with "Close".
Note You can use the "Accessible nodes" menu in the SIMATIC Manager to check
whether the name was correctly transferred to the drive system.
9. Reconnect the ES with the plant bus of your AS and change the PG/PC
interface back to what it was before, if necessary.
For example: to "PC internal (local)".
