Stitch Recommendations

Recommendations for needle position, cutting width and
presser foot pressure are always visible in the Sewing mode
view. When a stitch is selected, a pop-up with extended
recommendations is displayed. Touch Cancel (A) to close the
pop-up.
1. Upper cutter position A/B
2. Use Cutter Cover A or Coverstitch Table B
3. Stitch finger lever setting
4. Presser foot pressure
5. Upper looper setting, Position A/B
6. Use 2-thread converter
The extended recommendations for the selected stitch can
also be found in the Info System view, i1, see Info System.

Info System

Recommendations for needle position and cutting width are
always visible in the Sewing mode view. When a stitch is
selected, a pop-up with extended recommendations is
displayed. This information can also be accessed by pressing
the Info button (A).
The info system consists of three tabs, the opening tab shows
an image of the stitch and what threading paths to use (B).
The second tab, i1, shows extended information on how to
set up your machine (C). On tab i2, you find information on
what the stitch can be used for, but also what fabric types
that are recommended for that particular stitch (D).
Touch the Info button again to close.

On-Screen Stitch Adjustments

Your machine will set the best settings for each selected stitch. You can make your own adjustments on the selected stitch.
The setting changes only affect the selected stitch. Your changed settings will be reset to default when selecting another stitch.
The changed settings are not automatically saved when turning your machine off.
