    INSTALLATION IN GENERAL Take off the packaging material with care. Take off all the material used for packing and accessories. 1. To the electrician Electrical supply installation must be in accordance with the electrical rating on the nameplate.

    OPERATION OF THE BREAD SLICER Adjust the position of the finger at high or low position according with your bread, with the black adjustment screw. (picture A) 1. Turn the main switch to the [ I ] position. 2. Twist out the emergency stop switch. 3.

    INSTRUCTIONS TO REMOVE THE BLADES 1. Remove the top cover. 2. Remove the front plate cover (picture 2) to have access to the bottom blade frame. To remove this plate cover, take out all front screws and loose the two screws at the other side of the blade frame (picture 2A).

    ANSWERS TO MOST FREQUENT QUESTIONS Questions The bread slicer does not turn on. The bread does not have a nice cut. The lever is too hard or too loose. SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS TROUBLESHOOTING BEFORE CALLING FOR SERVICE Check the breakers of the building. Check the power on the wall outlet for the slicer.
