PLEASE NOTE!
The replacement procedure is described for one
valve as an example. Proceed in a similar manner
to replace the other valves.
Comply with the operating instructions of the
component manufacturer.
 Shut down the unit, cut off the power supply with the main
switch and secure it against being switched on again
unintentionally.
 Cut off the material flows with the shut-off valves.
 Cut off the compressed air supply using the shut-off valve
WARNING!
Risk of injury from compressed air!
If there is damage or connections are leaky, air can
escape under high pressure and damage the eyes,
for example.
Therefore:
– Wear safety glasses.
– Before starting work on the pneumatic system,
render it pressureless. Check the accumulator
and relieve all pressure in it.
– Before putting the unit back into operation,
ensure that the pressure settings do not exceed
the maximum permitted values in the technical
specifications.
1.
Open the analyzer housing.
2.
Pull off air hose (1).
3.
Remove the attachment nut of the electromagnet (2).
4.
Remove the attachment screws found under that.
5.
Remove the valve.
