Changing the Settings of the MOBIC
You can change certain settings to adapt the MOBIC to your application. This is possible using two functions or programs:
MOBIC Configurator
With the Configurator, you can make settings specific to the
MOBIC. It consists of the following subcomponents:

Memory overview and utilization
•
Trace module configuration
•
Error module configuration
•
Function key assignment
•
Overview of installed software
•
Disabling the on/off button
•
Backup/restore of the registry
•
Warm reset
•
5V/200 mA Power supply via RS 232–interface (PIN 9) enable/
disable.
Starting
Tap on:
Start–>Programs–>T ools–>MOBIC Configurator
Online Help "?"
Using online help, you can display descriptions of all settings
specific to the MOBIC.

Windows CE Control Panel
This is the standard function of Windows CE. Here, you can
for example, set various energy–saving modes, the time etc.
Online Help "?"
With the online help, you can display help texts at any time.
