Step
Troubleshooting
Make sure that the cutting motor is instal-
led correctly and that the phase cables are
1
not defective.
Make sure that the blade is not blocked
and that it can rotate freely. WARNING:
Remove the safety key from the safety lock
1
and put it in the safety key holder. Remove
the battery and wait a minimum of 5 sec-
onds before you touch the blade!
There is too high current in the transmis-
1
sion.
If the primary control MOSFET is out of or-
2
der, no troubleshooting is possible.
Battery is out of power.

Do a check of the white wire between bat-
tery 1 and the power switch panel. Do a
1
check of the green wire between battery 2
and the power switch panel.
Do a visual inspection of the wires between
1
the primary control and the motor control
box.
Do a visual inspection of the wires between
2
the motor control box and the control pan-
el.
Connection problems between the product
and the battery. Do a check of the yellow
1
wire between battery 1 and the primary
control panel.
Connection problems between the product
and the battery. Do a check of the yellow
1
wire between battery 2 and the primary
control panel.
