Height Adjustment
RAISE DESK: Step on the support bar with one foot and pull up with even motion on both sides of the
desk, until it reaches desired height.
LOWER DESK: Step on the support bar with one foot and pull up with even motion on both sides of the
desk, until it reaches max height. Slowly lower down to desired height.
RAISE/LOWER CHAIR: Remove both screws with washers from side of each leg using the Allen wrench.
Raise or lower the chair evenly until it reaches desired height, then reinsert screws with washers.
Remove large or unstable
objects before tilting the
desktop.
Failure to follow these instructions may result in property damage and/or personal injury.
CAUTION!
To avoid injury due to
falling, do not lean the
chair backwards or to
the sides while sitting.
