Care and cleaning
• Soak the metal grease filters well in
hot rinse water, then clean them with
a soft brush and then rinse well with
hot water. If necessary, repeat the
process.
• When cleaning metal grease filters
take care not to damage the mesh.
• The metal grease filters can also be
cleaned in the dishwasher in a stan-
dard program with 55 ° C.
To avoid fatty deposits on dishes or
the accumulation of food particles in
the mesh of the filter, the metal filters
should be cleaned separately from di-
shes and glasses. Heavily soiled metal
filters should first be soaked well in
hot rinse water.
• Allow the filter to dry thoroughly and
carefully replace it in the extractor
hood.
• Frequent cleaning or the use of ag-
gressive cleaning agents can cause
color changes of the metal surface.
These have no influence on the filter
function and are not a reason for
complaint.
!
Avoid using alkaline cleaning agents
(ph value over 7).

odours from the room air, which is nee-
ded when operating the extractor hood

They must be replaced.
• Replacement interval for carbon filters:
