b
Do not cover or modify the lance or the spray
nozzles in any way.
b
The high-pressure cleaner is designed to be
used with cold or lukewarm water (max. 50°C);
higher temperatures can damage the pump.
b
Do not use water that is dirty, gritty or contains
any chemical products, as these could impair
operation and shorten the life of the equipment.
5.2 Assembly
5.2.1 Hose reel (6)
The hose reel (6) enables the high-pressure hose (5)
to be stored in a minimum space. It is equipped with
a swing-out crank (7) and a hose reel lock (2) (see
Fig. 2-5)
5.2.2 Water inlet connector (Fig. 1/11)
The connection for the water inlet (12) is equipped
with a connector for standard hose coupling systems.
Attach the hose coupling on the supply hose (min. Ø
1/2") to the connector for the water inlet (12).
An anti-vacuum device must be installed between
the water tap and the high-pressure cleaner! Ask
your local plumber about this.
5.2.3 Connecting the high-pressure hose (5)
Unwind the high-pressure hose (5) approx. 1 - 2 m
from the hose reel (6) (see 5.2.2) and screw the
high-pressure hose screw connection (4) to the
connector for the high-pressure hose (24) on the gun
(22), as shown in Fig. 6-7.
5.2.4 Fitting the gun attachments
Screw the lance (jet/fan) (21) to the gun (22), as
shown in Figure 9. To fit the rotating washing brush
(25) to the gun (22), first screw the adapter (29) to
the gun as shown in Figure 8.
Now insert the rotating washing brush (25) into the
adapter (29) and lock it by turning it clockwise (Fig.
8).
5.2.5 Electrical connections (Fig. 1)
b
Before you connect the appliance to the mains
supply make sure that the data on the rating
plate are identical to the mains data.
b
If you use any extension cables, make sure that
they are suitable for outdoor use and have large
enough wires:
1 – 10 m: 1.5 mm
2
10 – 30 m: 2.5 mm

Plug the mains plug (17) on the power cable (16)
into the mains socket outlet.

6. Operation

The equipment consists of an assembly with a pump,
which is encased in a shock absorbing housing. The
equipment comes with a lance and a non-slip gun
(for an optimal working position), whose shape and
configuration comply with the applicable regulations.
6.1 Using for the first time:
Once you have completely assembled the high-
pressure cleaner and connected all connections,
proceed as follows:
Open the water inlet. Press in the safety pin (Fig.
9/27) on the gun (Fig. 9/22) and pull back the trigger
lever (Fig. 9/23) in order to bleed the trapped air out
of the device.
Turn on the device by switching the ON/OFF switch
(Fig. 1/9) to "I".
To temporarily turn off, release the trigger lever
(9/23), at which point the device goes to standby. As
soon as you press the trigger lever again (Fig. 9/23),
the high-pressure cleaner restarts.
To completely turn off the high-pressure cleaner,
switch the ON/OFF switch (Fig. 1/9) to "0".
The shape of the water jet can be changed from
concentrated to flat jet by turning the nozzle (Fig.
10).
To remove particularly stubborn dirt, use the rotating
washing brush (25).
6.2 Using cleaning agent (Fig. 1):
Fill the integrated cleaning agent tank (19) with
suitable cleaning agent. By adjusting the nozzle
head on the lance (21), the unit will change to low-
pressure operation and the cleaning agent will be
added automatically (Fig. 13).
6.3 Pressure indicator (Fig. 1)
The pressure indicator (11) shows the current
working pressure.
6.4 Cable holder (Fig. 1)
The power cable (16) can be wound up on the cable
holder (10) in order to save space when not in use.
6.5 Holder for the gun/accessories (Fig. 1)
The gun and accessories can be kept in the provided
holder (15) in order to save space when not in use.
