When assembling, loosely fix together until fully assembled then tighten all the bolts.
1. On a clean and level ground. Place the seat section into position between the two side panels, with
the trellis flush to the outside of the arbour.
2. Using a 95mm bolt, push through the front hole on the seat section into the post on one side panel.
Use one of the connector caps in the relevant hole on the side panel to fasten the bolt loosely. Repeat
for the other side.
3. Now, with help if necessary, lift this assembly into a vertical position with the rounded ends of the seat
facing you. This will now be the front of your seat.
4. The back is now slid into place between the now vertical side panels and the half lap joints on the
seat and back. Line up the rear trellis panel with the side trellis panel at the top and screw into place,
with screws provided.
5. Slide the roof section over the half lap joints on the post. Centre the roof and fix with 4 x 60mm
screws from the post into the roof on an angle of 25°. The space between the posts at the front
should be 1180mm.
6. All that is now left to do is check all the bolts and screws are reasonably tight, push rubber bungs into
the holes above the front of the arm rests, and position, with help in your Garden.
