11.4.2 Command and Data Format
Data is exchanged by transmitting and receiving byte arrays. Each byte
array to be transmitted or received consists of at least 4 bytes. The first
three bytes represent the command and the fourth byte indicates the
number of the following 4 byte blocks.

The number of the 4 byte blocks varies from command to command and
depends in part on the volume of data to be transmitted. More detailed
