READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION
INSTALLATION PROCEDURE:
1. Use a flat blade screwdriver to carefully remove all fasteners from the p
between the radiator and the grille. Also remove the lower splash guard under the vehicle. NOTE: Pay close
a en on to the type and loca on of all factory fasteners to make reinstalla on easier. Move the (2) pl
covers to clean, stable work area.
2. Select the driver side Frame Moun ng Bracket and insert it into posi on above the crossmember. Line up the
rear moun ng hole with the factory hole in the frame and temporarily bolt the Bracket into posi on with the
included (1) 10mm x 25mm Hex Bolt, (2) 10mm x 20mm Flat Washers and (1) 10mm Nylon Lock Nut, (Figure 1).

- Page 2 Do not tighten hardware at this time. Line up the forward hole with the hole in the lower radiator core support. Insert the (1) 10mm Nut plate in from behind the crossmember and line up the threaded hole with the hole in the crossmember.
- Page 3 4. Slide the Driver Side Mounting Bracket through the slot cut in the middle of the splash guard and position the Bracket up to the front mounting location. Bolt the Bracket in position as described in Step 3. Repeat this step for passenger side Mounting Bracket installation.
- Page 4 (1) 10mm x 25mm Button Head Allen Bolt (2) 10mm x 20mm Flat Washers (1) 10mm Nylon Lock Nut Front Fig 7 9. Level and adjust the Grille Guard and tighten all hardware. 10. Carefully place the plastic top radiator cover in position and mark the areas that will need to be cut from the plastic cover to clear the (2) Top Brackets.
