This operating manual describes the ASC5500G RPA air conditioning
service station (AirCon Service Centre).
The manual is for those who perform maintenance on vehicle air
conditioning systems and have the expertise required to do so.
It contains all the instructions necessary for safe and effective operation
of the air conditioning service station. Before starting the air conditioning
service unit for the first time, read this operating manual carefully.
Also observe the following:
 The Dometic WAECO training manual "Technical Specifications –
Vehicle Air Conditioning"
 The Dometic WAECO information brochure "Legal Specifications –
Vehicle Air Conditioning"
 Information from the refrigerant manufacturer
 Information on handling flammable gases, such as from the
refrigerant manufacturer
 Any specific instructions on servicing vehicle air conditioning systems
which apply at your company
Keep this operating manual in the compartment of the AirCon Service
Centre, so that any information you need is always at hand.
