      Safety measures by the operator The operator must provide operating instructions according to respective national regulations for each A/C service unit. These operating instructions must be used to train personnel in handling the A/C service unit. The operator must ensure that personnel are instructed in the following points at least once a year: •...

      The A/C service unit is only suitable for approved operating fluids. This product is only suitable for the intended purpose and application in accordance with these instructions. This manual provides information that is necessary for proper installation and/or operation of the product. Poor in- stallation and/or improper operating or maintenance will result in unsatisfactory performance and a possible fail- ure.

  • Page 124   • Klimaanlage entleeren: Absaugen, Recycling des Kältemittels, Prüfung des Druckanstiegs, Ablassen des Al- töls. • Vakuum erzeugen: Evakuieren der Anlage, Dichtheitsprüfung/Vakuumkontrolle. • Klimaanlage befüllen: Vor jeder Arbeit an einer Fahrzeugklimaanlage muss eine Dichtheitsprüfung durchge- führt werden. Hierzu wird die Klimaanlage mit einer Probefüllung Kältemittel befüllt. Über einen Zeitraum von 5 min muss der Druck in der Klimaanlage konstant bleiben.

Dies dient dazu, eventuell vorhandene Fremdgase oder Feuchtigkeit zu entfernen und die Klimaanlage auf den Füllvorgang vorzubereiten. Abge- saugtes Restkältemittel, das noch im Kältemittelöl gebunden ist, wird vom Klimaservicegerät aufgefangen und wiederverwertet.
  • Page 126   13.8.5 Nach Beendigung des Klimaservices Nachdem der Klimaservice beendet ist, erscheint die Aufforderung, die Serviceschläuche des Klimaservicegeräts von der Fahrzeugklimaanlage abzukuppeln. 1. Serviceschläuche abkuppeln und zur Bestätigung ENTER drücken. Die Serviceschläuche werden nun entleert. Das Klimaservicegerät ist dann einsatzbereit. 2.

  • Page 132   14.7 Drucksensor kalibrieren Für korrekte Druckmessungen ist es erforderlich, dass der Drucksensor richtig kalibriert ist. Ein Kalibrieren ist er- forderlich: • alle vier Wochen, • wenn das Klimaservicegerät starken Erschütterungen ausgesetzt wurde • nach jedem Wechsel des Vakuumpumpenöls • wenn im Display unrealistische Druckwerte anzeigt werden 1.
