Mount the 5V Regulator module for the RAKK dac.
7. Place the 5V Regulator module for the RAKK dac in its location next to the 10V Regulator.
Orient the board such that the AC Input is closest to the edge of the panel.
Do not secure the board yet.
8. Dress the grey/yellow twisted pair toward the 10V Regulator module. Connect these wires to
the 10V Regulator module.
• Connect the wires to the two "AC Input" pads closest to the edge of the board.
• Connect the grey wire to the pad closest to capacitor C9.
• Connect the yellow wire to the pad closest to resistor R2.
• Note that the two yellow wires are next to each other and the two grey wires are next to
each other.
9. Dress the red/black twisted pair directly across the panel.
10. Secure the board to the panel with four 6-32 x ¼" screws.
11. If you have a USB Adapter or a single-input I2S Adapter, replace the four screws holding the
board to the standoffs with four 1¼" male/female standoffs.
